Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
Providing false or inaccurate information will result in account termination.
Each mobile number and email address can be linked to only one account.
Account transfers to third parties are prohibited.

Security & Passwords

You are fully responsible for keeping your login information confidential.
Sharing your password with any third party is strictly prohibited.
If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, report it to k801 immediately.
Users are responsible for any breach of account security.

User’s General Responsibilities

K801 users must comply with the following:

Any illegal activity, fraud, or cheating on the platform is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized attempts to access another user’s account are prohibited.
Sending harmful code or malware to the Platform’s servers or systems is prohibited.
Harassment or offensive behavior toward other users is prohibited.

Payment, Transactions & Financial Terms

All transactions at k801 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). We accept payments via local mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Terms: Each deposit must exceed the minimum required amount. Deposits must be completed before funds can be used in games.
Withdrawal Terms: Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal. Different rules apply to bonus balance and real balance in the account.
Bonus Terms: When claiming any bonus, you must meet the specific wagering requirements. Withdrawals before meeting these conditions may result in bonus cancellation.
Proof of Transaction: If there is any problem with a transaction, please save the payment reference number and a screenshot. This will assist in resolving the issue.
